Overview

Diligence before access.

Unlike traditional pitch events, participation is not open. Companies are evaluated through an institutional screening process that assesses market opportunity, scientific or clinical validity, competitive positioning, and readiness for capital formation.

How it works

From application to investor access.

Step 1 · Apply

Submit your company with an application fee. It pays for the time our team spends engaging with your company — a deep-diligence review, among other work — to assess fit.

Step 2 · Engagement & diligence

Our team engages directly with your company, running a deep-diligence review across commercial, clinical, and financial dimensions — the same scrutiny investors rely on.

Step 3 · Decision

Based on that work, we decide whether to accept your company and, if so, when you’ll present. Selection is competitive — our acceptance rate is about 20%. Accepted companies are scheduled into an upcoming cohort.

Step 4 · Activation (if accepted)

A final activation fee confirms your place and includes a walk-through of the MedFuel investment-banking engagement, signed by all parties. It also includes:

  • Presentation at our curated investor event (limited to 15 companies)
  • Listing on our platform for investor visibility
  • Inclusion in our active investor outreach process
Step 5 · Investor Access

Selected companies are showcased to a curated network of active capital providers and strategic acquirers through our event and platform.

Step 6 · Selectivity

We accept only a limited number of companies per cycle to ensure meaningful investor attention and high-quality deal flow.
